This Privacy Policy explains how CUBO Beverages Inc. ("CUBO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with cuboclub.com, our checkout process, and related forms (together, the "Services"). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

2.How We Use It

To process and fulfill machine and CUBOPod orders, including shipping and payment;
To respond to customer service, warranty, and sales inquiries;
To send order confirmations and service updates (these are not optional, as they're necessary to fulfill your order);
To send marketing emails or texts if you've opted in — you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it;
To detect and prevent fraud and protect the security of the Site;
To comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We share information with:

Service providers who help us run the business — for example, Shopify (checkout and order management), our payment processor, our fulfillment and shipping partners, and Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing);
Professional advisors, such as our accountants or lawyers, where necessary;
Authorities, where required to comply with the law, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal request;
A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of CUBO's assets.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect parts of the Site, such as checkout.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, including to maintain order records for accounting and warranty purposes, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, email cubocare@cubopods.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

7.Children's Privacy

The Services are directed at commercial food-service operators and are not intended for, or directed at, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; we encourage you to review this page periodically.
